Description
Upscale Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager. We're a busy, award-winning establishment with a loyal clientele.
Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage staff of 25+, handle inventory and ordering, maintain quality standards, customer relations.
Requirements: 3+ years restaurant management experience, preferably fine dining. Strong leadership skills. ServSafe certified preferred. Must be available evenings and weekends.
Compensation: $55K-$65K salary plus performance bonuses and tip share. Health insurance, paid vacation, and meals during shifts.
